Q. How do I find out what seminars & talks are taking place?

Q. Who can attend Hospitality Expo 2011?
A. Anyone in the business community. Hospitality Expo is a purely trade event and NOT open to the public.

Q. How much does it cost to enter the exhibition?
A. Entry into the exhibition is free of charge.

Q. When will I receive my visitor badge?
A. If you have pre-registered online you will receive your badge in the post the week before the event.

Q. What should I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?
A. The registration desk inside the venue can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge when you arrive at the venue.

Q. What if I have forgotten my badge when I arrive at the show?
A. Just go to the registration desk located at the entrance and give the staff your name, they will locate your details on the computer and issue you with a new badge.

Q. Does my badge enable me to return to the show on another day or would I need to register again.

A. Your badge gives you free entry throughout the three days of the show so you can return to show as many times as you wish.

Q. What happens if I don’t receive my badge before the show?
A. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your badge from us don’t worry! Just get in touch with us by phone 01 490 0600 or email
info@sdlexpo.com . If you forget to print the badge, just give your name at the registration desk and we will look up your details in order to print another badge.

Q. Can I register on-site?

A. Yes.

Q. Is there parking at the venue?
A. Yes, car parking will be available in the grounds of the RDS. Car parking is subject to availability. Neither the RDS nor the Organisers take responsibility for cars parked on the show grounds. The normal precautions should be exercised for security.

Q. Can I bring children?

A. Children are not permitted to attend the exhibition.

Q. I am a student, am I able to attend the event?
A. Students are permitted entry to the exhibition. Please speak to the staff on the registration desk when you arrive.

Q. Where can I eat?

A. full dining experience will be available at the Hospitality Restaurant, click here for more information. Light snacks and refreshments are also available in the Inspire Café.

Q. Is there disabled access?

A. Yes, the Industries Hall is fully accessible for wheelchairs.
