BAI National Cocktail Competition 2010

Always a big crowd pleaser, the Bartenders Association of Ireland are back with their National Cocktail Competition, sponsored by Edward Dillon & Co. This competition will also be a qualifying heat to find the bartender that is to represent Ireland at the World Cocktail Competition to be held in Singapore next November. Shake Things Up!

The Edward Dillon Cocktail Competition, hosted by the Bartenders Association of Ireland, will take place on Tuesday 9th March at the Show. Watch Ireland’s leading bartenders create the ultimate cocktail list in an attempt to show the character and personality of their bar. The winners will go on to represent Ireland in the World Finals in Singapore next November.
