The Food Safety Authority of Ireland will have trained advisors and food scientists at the information stand to answer any queries you may have on starting up a food business, food labelling, food safety training requirements, food safety legislation and HACCP.

If you’re a restaurant or pub owner, manager or employee, you can visit the Restaurants Association of Ireland stand or the
Vintners’ Federation of Ireland to discuss the benefits and services available to you.

If you fancy yourself as Tom Cruise in Cocktail, visit the Bartenders Association of Ireland Stand where you can enrol in one of their training courses.
