BAI National Cocktail Competition 2010

Always a big crowd pleaser, the Bartenders Association of Ireland are back with their National Cocktail Competition, sponsored by Edward Dillon & Co. This competition will also be a qualifying heat to find the bartender that is to represent Ireland at the World Cocktail Competition to be held in Singapore next November.
