The Skills and Training Village will include short informative sessions as well as one to one mentoring sessions with Failte Ireland consultants and previews of the New Irish Hospitality Institute Formal Accredited CPD programme and Trainer collaborations.

Fáilte Ireland will also provide Business Mentoring Sessions where clients can book a 20 minute one-to-one session with an industry professional including chefs and service experts including:
